I created a login on this site because I was told that more people are steering away from FB. The first login that I created vanished the same day. So, I created a second login, this one. I had reached out to contact the support team about this issue, hoping we could restore the first login that I had created.
I received absolutely NO response. I reached out repeatedly and have yet to receive any kind of response at all. This was several weeks ago. No response via email, no response on here.
This makes me a little suspicious. Is this new site a FB knockoff black hole?
Is there going to be a mass transition from FB to this site... and then POOF we are all going to be sucked into a social media black hole of non existence?
If anyone else has experienced this, or had a positive experience and received a response from the USA Life support team, I would love to hear about it.
