Pray the Scriptures, Psalm 36 Sovereign Lord, I pray in Jesus’ name that the proper fear of you will be before the eyes of ______________________ and me at all times. May we not flatter ourselves in our own eyes and so fail to detect or hate our own sin. May the words of our mouths never be wicked or deceitful. I pray that we will never cease to act wisely or do good. Keep us from plotting evil on our beds or setting ourselves in a way that is not good. May we always reject what is evil and wrong. Deepen in our heart the conviction that your love reaches to the heavens and your faithfulness to the skies. May we see that your righteousness is like the mighty mountains and your judgments like the great deep. I pray that you will preserve us, and that your unfailing love for us will always be priceless to us. May we find refuge in the shadow of your wings, whether we are high or low among men. Grant us to feast on the abundance of your house, and give us to drink from your river of delights. May we always know that with you and you alone is the fountain of life, and never forget that only in your light do we see light. May the foot of the proud not come against us, nor the hand of the wicked drive us away. Instead may any evildoers who come against us fall, thrown down and not able to rise. Please continue your love and righteousness to us as those who know you and are upright in heart. Amen.

So glad to find this place to share conservative points of view. In honor of Father's day i want to say thanks to my daddy. He was proud to be an American and taught us to love God our family and our country. WWII ..Battle of the Bulge.
