Re: Explosive Device Detonation

On November 28, 2020 a citizen located what appeared to be an old military grenade. The explosive device was found by the citizen while cleaning out a family member's storage unit. The citizen contacted our department for disposal of the device.

Our department reached out to Fairchild Airforce base and asked for assistance.

At approximately 7:59 pm Fairchild EOD safely destroyed the device by counter charge.

Thank you

There’s a peaceful protest about Idaho going back to Phase 2 bull... next Saturday 11/21/20 from 12 noon-2pm on Neider and Hwy 95 sidewalk corners in CDA.

I’ll be holding a sign that says something like, “ I claim my Constitutional Rights. No going back to Phase 2” You can wear a mask if you so choose. It should be everyone’s right to choose what’s best for themselves.

Small business owners are having a very hard time. Ones have lost their business already and others can’t afford another shut down. People who have been affected by suicide, job loss etc. because of shutdowns. Everyone- This isn’t about our health but about our very existence. As I said, if you want to, wear a mask. Don’t shut allow everything down/slowed down because you’re afraid.

There’s a lot of talk about how unfair, etc. and not much action by the people, even N Idaho people. It might be just me out there with a sign, but it’s something! Come if you agree!

I need everyone to help spread the word everywhere. Share Far and Wide!

Thank you
