So last year, I owed the gub'ment some taxes. They took it from my bank with 48 hours of my e-filing.
This year, the gub'ment owed me a rather significant refund. It took them 10 WEEKS to electronically deposit it to me. Yeah, that's fair.

So I opened an Incognito Window in Chrome and tried to watch a YouTube video, only to be told that Google/YouTube does not allow us to watch videos anonymously and I will be tracked.
