In my quest to live healthier, I read articles and I’m trying to have a balanced, level-headed diet. Mercola recommended http://www.cronometer.com to track micro- and macronutrients. I started 10 days ago and I have been tweaking what I eat. I still eat foods I like but I’m realizing where I’m low and taking steps.
I was reading tan article about Ca:P levels and it was cool to go to cnonometer and see where I stand.
