This is so sad. Because this guy has been allowed to believe in his delusions, his mental issues have not been addressed and it leads to this situation. I have an adult dd with autism and she has meltdowns and we have worked hard with her to learn ways to calm down and to avoid creating a disturbance like this. Just because she has a disability does not mean we cater to her whims and to assume her autism will be recognized. This guy should have been told the reality (you are a guy) and then they could have treated whatever underlying issues that he clearly has.
