Those who know me, know I was handed a 3-5 year death sentence in 2009. I refused to accept that prognosis, not out of fear.of dying, but because I was scared spitless to tell my kids. If they fell apart and lost it, I'd lose it too. So, I kept it hidden from them until 2015.
After my follow up in March 2010, I did a major lifestyle overhaul and apparently, it worked since I'm still here.
It included eating clean, drinking pure water and using herbs/roots/teas/food as medicine.

In the past 10 years, since I weaned myself off all those meds, I haven't been sick a single day, despite constantly being exposed to people with varying degrees of illness.
We're told flu is 'contagious'. Colds are 'contagious'. 'Viruses' are 'contagious'. Some skin conditions are 'contagious'.
I've had pus from MRSA infections squirted on me, feverish grandbabies breathing in my face and sticking drooly, snotty fingers in my mouth (gross, but it happens), cared for half a dozen family/friends with stomach bugs (both ends), and had a flu vax shedder cough directly in my face (accidentally, of course).
So, here's my question - If all these 'diseases' are so highly contagious, why haven't I caught any of the illnesses they had?
..because my immune system is getting the nutrients, hydration and adequate rest it needs to protect me. That's why.
Fear porn sells the narrative.
If they can get you to believe your life is in danger, they can extort more money from you by selling you 'protection'.. kinda like the mafia does.
However, if you take care of your body, give it the clean nutrition and fluids it needs, you will NOT get sick. Matter of fact, I'll even go a step further. If you're sick now, by changing your diet to non-gmo, organic and steering clear of Frankenfoods, I'd bet you can heal the majority, if not all of your pre-existing conditions.
There is hope and there is knowledge to be learned, if you take the time to #doyourhomework.
It's the fire and desire to keep going, that's kept me going all these years. You can to, IF you truly want good health.
