I don't understand why the idea of corruption in government is still so incredibly newsworthy. Unless there is a list somewhere of governments who have managed to avoid corruption, I'd think THAT would be the bigger news these days. It seems that every major government across the world has somehow become corrupted to some level, yet "uncovering" it seems to be the latest gossip, and it's everywhere! It's seriously no longer a shock to hear of corruption here, corruption there, corruption over thatta way, etc. The bigger news should be finding governments who haven't been touched by corruption, who have people in their halls that stand up for their country's health and their citizens, who aren't drowning in hamstrung debt and whose leaders haven't been compromised by honey pots, bribes, etc. That's news i'd like to read.

And this will help families out how??? Restaurant meals??? Alcohol??? Snack foods and beverages??? Game consoles???

Sounds more like they want more people hiding out in their homes behind screens either snacking or drinking their sorrows away trying to forget what's going on in the world!! But be sure kids are clothed, shoed and their diapers are changed at the very least. Wow Trudeau. . . Wow!!! As to the reporter claiming this will cost the government money. . . it just so happens to be money they already took from us in paying GST already. In other words, it's only a portion of what they've taken from us. The real cost to the government would be admitting they are returning some of our money that they took. Ugh!

If you are in a province and in a bracket where you'll get the $250 cheque in April, spend it in a healthier manner than the government is suggesting this Christmas???

If you're going to blame all the world's ills on Israel, I'm going to start blocking you, even if we are of the same mind on other things. I'm not going to join the mob on this one! I rarely join the mob on anything, because the mob is always out to destroy. But God explicitly warns us NOT to curse Israel or we bring those curses down on ourselves. I cringe for all those who are disobeying God in this warning. Many Christians have fallen for this behaviour and twist Scripture to make it say what they want to believe on the matter. But the warning that went out in Genesis, still stands, and it's NOT dependant on what Israel does or doesn't do! I'll take God's side on this issue. If that offends you, please do me a favour and block me.

First we had ankle bracelets for criminals, so probation officers could track them. Then we began selling ski tags for kids and youth whose parents or caregivers wanted to know their whereabouts on the ski hill. Now we're apparently testing "virtual fencing" for cattle, programmable from a laptop.

All I can say for this technological prison method, is to refuse adoption of it no matter which stage it's at in your area. DO NOT COMPLY! If enough people at all walks of life refuse to comply, they have to either set back their plans, pause their plans, or halt them and wait for a time when more people have been conned into compliance.
