"The Mask"
This is probably going to be an odd post for some of you that may not be Christ followers. However I hope this post will reach the hearts of all of you along with my brothers and sisters in Christ to help fight against the evil spirits of this world that we are facing right here right now.
(Ephesians 6:12: For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.)
Today I had to go grocery shopping to restore the food in my home which has been awhile since I have gone shopping. And today marks the first day that I have gone out in public with the absurd mask over-population. If I were to guess it was around 75% of the people wearing masks. And yes I was a part of the 25% not wearing a mask.
It was quite the eye opener for me and all I can say is that Satan has been super busy at work.
I have been meditating, praying and pondering if I should follow the majority and put on "the mask". Up until today I was pretty close to succumb to the peer pressure of wearing "the mask". But after what I witnessed today I am now even more against wearing "the mask". Not because I honestly believe the mask is a joke and is not needed for this overinflated fear driven virus that is getting way to much attention by the world, and not because I witnessed at least 50% of the people wearing the mask incorrectly (which helps prove it's a joke) but because what I witnessed today with "the mask" was the handiwork of Satan himself.
Satan has an overwhelming desire to steal, kill and destroy us. He knows that if he can keep us separated and distance us from each other (both physically and emotionally) that his ability to steal our joy, kill our souls and destroy this world increases dramatically. Satan is no joke. He is very intelligent and super sneaky but if you know what to look for you can see his signature in his handiwork.
Satan is using this Quarantine to keep us physically separated from each other and now I see that he is using the masks to keep us emotionally separated from each other. By keeping us emotionally separated from each other especially over extended periods of time, we become harden and callous towards each other. We start to see each other as objects and not compassionate human beings filled with emotions. When I was walking around the stores today with everyone wearing "the mask" I felt the horrible presence of evil and it made me sick. I wasn't witnessing compassionate people walking around, I was witnessing robotic objects with no emotions and very distant from each other. DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH A SMILE CAN IMPACT A HURTING PERSON!!! In my Christian walk I have personally met the hurting, people that have told me, the reason I did not take my life that day was because of a smile that came from a stranger, or they didn't take their life because of the kindness that came from a stranger. Looking at everyone wearing a mask and how we are interacting with each other in public really made me sick to my stomach and saddened my heart tremendously. And it was almost a relief from this evil presence that I was feeling when I saw someone not wearing "the mask" to be able to see their emotions in their expressions and most of all when I saw us smile at each other which is impossible to see from everyone else wearing "the mask".
I am filled with the Holy Spirit which may be why I am in the minority with just about every decision that this world is making in how to deal with the overinflated, placing up on a pedestal, worshipping virus that should not be getting this much attention from us and should not have this much power over us.
The truth will eventually be brought to the light. The more I learn about this virus, the more I witness how the general public is being controlled by this virus, the more I see the evil spirits pushing and driving this Covid-19 virus to destroy us. To destroy us not by the virus itself through sickness and death because we have already seen and proven that this virus is not even close to being the deadliest element living among us to fear, but Satan is using this virus to let mankind destroy ourselves through our responses to the virus. We need to take this virus off the pedestal that we have put it on, stop worshipping it, stop giving it power and take back control of our lives. Stop letting fear make our decisions.
I call upon all of us to fall on our knees, ask God for forgiveness our sins and start praying nonstop for our people, our country and our world, for God to have mercy on us and to stop Satan's plans to destroy us with this CV-19.
