Imagine an America where the federal government was actually forced to stop wasting taxpayer money and where politicians don’t spend a lifetime getting rich on dirty lobbyist money, kickbacks.
Sounds pretty good, right? Well that’s what Convention of States is all about: empowering the people, working with their state legislatures, to propose amendments that limit federal power.
How can we make that happen?
Simple. By passing our resolution in 34 states, calling a convention where the states can propose amendments that limit the power and jurisdiction of the federal government and impose fiscal restraints and term limits on its officials.
Yep, you read that right. No more corrupt career politicians.
The Founding Fathers knew that one day the federal government would become drunk on their own power. That’s why they included Article V in the U.S. Constitution...
So that states could propose amendments that Impose term limits, rein in federal fraud, corruption, and abuse. So far, 15 of the needed 34 states have already joined forces by passing our resolution, and our momentum is growing.

Our new President, Hiden Biden just spent another trillion dollars into our deficit. I have a BA in Finance. 3.2. We cannot spend more money than we take in. Any businessman knows that. We have NO GNP.
Hiden Biden is a career corrupt politician with no business degree or acumen.
HB is increasing minimum wage to $15. Anyone that knows how the economy works, will tell you that at the end of the day that increase is a wash or an eventual decrease in spending power.
I am retired with 4 degrees (AA,BA,BS,MS). One night I was shopping at Wal-Mart and had a long discussion with the janitor. Asked him if he liked his job, he did. Decided to get a job at Wal-Mart, expose myself to minimum wage again. Reduced my resume to the AA degree. When I got to the employment interview, I was asked what my most challenging job was. I told the interviewer about climbing a telephone pole when I was an IL Bell Installer/Repairman, learning home construction to fish walls.
Either I confused the interviewer or impressed her. I was hired. First cashier, then promoted to self checkout host. I gave out stickers to kids when time permitted. Smile Makers have great stickers. Made it a little over a year. Depressing. Minimum wage people have no benefits. Fellow employees on SNAP or WIC (TX), one high school student couldn't get her Friday off to her graduation high school ceremony. Put in her request for day off months ahead. I Quit! My fellow employees were not appreciated.
Hiden Biden just throwing money into the fire. He has no clue how to manage the country.
People don’t just need more money, they need benefits. Major companies are allowed to hire part time employees to circumvent benefits. I consider that a crime against humanity.
Major US companies outsourcing almost every department to appease investors with increased stock dividends. Our middle class is shrinking. Good jobs are gone. Corporate greed IS the source of all evil.
Over the years, we’ve lost our garment district, steel business, other businesses, countries have let US import their cars but not export ours. Ships come in with containers filled with goods, but leave empty.
When China finally owns US, you will regret turning away a businessman with America's best interest in mind, and replaced with a corrupt jackass with a Chinese UPC code on his ass.
Protest in DC? Hell yes. Not because we love him, because he loved US.
And btw, Our peaceful protest was hijacked because these terrorist groups couldn’t get a dozen people to their own event, so they hijacked ours.
I hate both parties. New party for US: The American Patriots Party.

Congress has become the most unethical, hateful, evil place on Earth. On Earth! Today!
Let me be clear, this quote from Japan about US after Pearl Harbor is how I feel about Congress and the American people who they have continued to disregard. Congress has for a long time, not worked for the American people. (Time to sign the petition for a Convention of States on their website which can bypass Congress and impose term limits.)
“I fear all we have done is to awaken a sleeping giant and fill him with terrible resolve.” America is pissed Congress.
Unless John F Kennedy is resurrected, no one should ever vote for a Democrat again. His quote, “Ask not what your country can do for you-ask what you can do for your country” is what he was best known for saying. Congress forgets that this means them too. That the American people, of the country, are their employer and that we the people pay their salaries.

Unless Ronald Reagan is resurrected, no one should ever vote for a Republican again. My favorite quote is, “Republicans believe every day is the Fourth of July, but the Democrats believe every day is April 15.” Wow how the lines have become blurred since then. At this point there appears to be NO delineation between parties.

So the US needs a new party, The American Patriots Party. I’m working on that.
A party that works for all people of all races. BLM can join. Antifa can join. We intend to educate people and put the blame where it belongs, our current political climate.
We will not stand for discrimination. If BLM riots, they should be arrested and held accountable. If Antifa riots, they should be arrested and held accountable.
If a peaceful protest gets hijacked by either of those terrorist organizations, those people responsible should be arrested and held accountable. People all the way back to those that may have paid protesters to ruin the reputation of decent Americans and a sitting President, should be arrested and held accountable!
I will not rest until we get a party that works for US, a Congress of new young blood and new ideas, and a party that promotes the Constitution and our laws.
We will bring GOD back in and kick Satan out!

Charter for a new party to compete with the current political parties.
First, we need to agree on a name: The American Patriots Party, Liberty Bell Party. If you have an idea for another name, comment. We will eventually need an original logo, please comment.
Charter, what we stand for:
· Convention of States website petition. Term limits can be imposed.
· Convention of States website petition. We can control spending.
· No more foreign aid. How much has gone from that Government to the people? How many US politicians got kickbacks? Is there a documented performance report on the success or failure of the aid? Time to support grassroots efforts instead, missionaries, charities, food drops to needy locations, foundations able to get medicine to the people.
· No more rubber stamped citizenship. If immigrants did not complete the correct process, they should be disqualified from voting or holding public office.
· If States are allowing undocumented immigrants to get a drivers license, remove the prompt to get voter registration. TX does that during licens processing. What about other states?
· To prevent election tampering, we will go back to in person voting and paper ballots. Medical reasons can mail in with FedEx. The military will supervise voting and vote counting.
· Social Security money will forever be isolated and invested in Treasury bills. Low risk, low interest. Congress needs to pay US back when it was used in the General Fund.
· Welfare and free housing needs to be phased out. That was a program to gain votes. It broke the spirit of getting ahead on your own. A jobs program, sex education, mental health services, a path to trade school, or a path to college will replace it.
· Our military will no longer be free. Countries will have to pay for our services. The country will always have the option of paying for mercenaries themselves. Their choice. We can help them set up a their own military for free.
· Time to let the Middle East sink or swim on their own. People that run each country have the ability to prevent terrorism if they really want to.
· FBI and CIA should a have broader ability to identify terrorists in America. Terrorist cells should be identified and participants deported. Any terrorist training camp on US soil should be dismantled and participants deported.
· Muslims unable to complete correct citizenship process with allegiance to the US, need to be deported.
· Only native born citizens can run for any political office.
· Congress can no longer vote themselves raises. A special vote by Americans will approve amount and raise.
· Congress will have to participate in Social Security and health care like every US citizen does. No special program for them.
· When a politician leaves their position, they get NO further money in any form, including Presidents.
· Former Presidents pay for their own security.
· Politicians, especially lawyers, running for any position should have a business background. A business class, Economics, from any junior college can be taken during their campaign.
· Congress needs to supply a copy of their taxes on the IRS website every year.
· The media needs to be scrutinized. Yellow journalism should be defined and a crime. (Suppression of information, Fake news, Opinionated reporting, Lying, Reporting news before all facts are out, Causing riots, Overtly hurting someone's reputation with baseless information, not debating both sides of an issue)
· Campaign contribution contributors should be in a public record with dollar amount contributed. Laws for contributions should be followed. Campaign money cannot be used for private use. Violators of laws should be swiftly punished. Fine, resignation of office, or incarceration.
· If a company pays taxes in the US, all employees need to be American citizens.
