I was surprised such a civil suit was allowed to proceed in that legal venue… AT THE VERY LEAST the discovery evidence will become public knowledge. SUMMARY: For the those Americans who are interested in our Founding Fathers Originalist thinking on the Constitution than the Left-Wing transformist Living Constitution thinking, I reprise the FIRST Amendment:… (Establishment Clause portion) “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof”… The Originalist interpretation was correctly followed until the mid-20th century. Namely, Congress cannot establish a State religion. AND specifically the Founders’ thinking was Congress cannot Establish a State Christian Church. Many of the original 13 States had recognized State Churches... The FIRST Amendment did NOT end the practice of those Sovereign States… MORE RIGHTLY DIVIDING THE CONSTITUTION OPINION TO READ!
