My Father, during his Congressional days with President John F Kennedy...
Nov. 22nd....Remembering JFK on the anniversary of his passing: One of my Father's darkest days was when John F. Kennedy passed and then again when Robert passed away. The Kennedy family, among other leaders in the party at the time, had done much to support my Father's campaigns and works and shared a sense of vision. According to my Uncle John Wolf also a diplomat and public servant himself (& based on recollections of others among my father's friends & family), President John Kennedy and his brother Robert were involved in my Father changing course from politics to serving abroad once Kennedy moved into the White House. All of this became a part of my Dad's destiny which became helping kids in need around the world among other missions for peace and diplomacy. Thus, I grew up a world traveler and a witness to humanitarian service unfolding. I am grateful for the legacy of all of these visionary human beings who opened up their hearts and dared to push the envelope. On this anniversary of his passing, we remember the good works of JFK & his brother as we each reach for our missions in faith and love for God & others.
