The Real Reason preachers "act-out", "put on a show", Squall, Sing, & Scream, instead of preach The Gospel to the flock. They are "Dismayed at the people's faces." They are afraid to tell God's Truths, in God's Words. They are afraid what the people might do to them. And The LORD has confounded them.
