I went to high school at Cushing, Oklahoma and Munford, Tennessee then I joined the U.S. Navy and was a Hospital Corpsman from 1961 to 1965. I went back to collage late in life and graduated from Southern Oregon University in 1992 at the age of 49. I then went to work at the VA in White City, Oregon and retired with 20 years federal service.
