My wife and I have been married 50+ years. We have 9 children and 17 grandchildren. I am a retired special education school teacher. I have also been a steelworker, an Ironworker and a soap factory worker among other things.
Since retiring in 2012 I have been blessed to go mission trips to Guatemala and Cuba twice each and to the Amazon Rain forest in Ecuador where we were able to live with the Waodani in their village. You may remember them from "The End of the Spear." They were the ones who speared 5 missionaries to death in the 1950s. They were reached by family members of the men killed who came to live in the village with them. Another trip is going in July if anyone is interested.
I am also involved in Bible studies in our local jail and ministry in various jails and prisons around Florida and locations in Georgia, Indiana, Texas and Montana. Contact me if you feel the Lord is leading you to minister to "the least of these" behind the razor wire.
